By purchasing or using KiwiVPN you agree to these terms. This is a short, plain-language policy; local consumer law may add rights.

Service

KiwiVPN provides a personal VPN subscription. Do not resell access unless you are an approved reseller. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, spam or attacks.

Billing

Plans renew according to the option selected in Telegram. Annual plans are prepaid. Payment processor fees and taxes may apply.

Fair use

Plans include a monthly data cap. Excessive or abusive usage may be throttled or suspended.

Refunds

Contact support in Telegram within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may exclude used data or abused accounts.

Availability

We work to keep servers online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network conditions and local laws can affect availability.
